4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads meet your specified qualification criteria. If a lead does not meet these standards, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we provide. All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

OblivionFuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all leads delivered prior to termination.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
